Bruce Weber, M.D., Medical Director
Originally from Henry, Illinois, Dr. Weber is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria in 1985. Upon completion of his residency he entered private practice in Family Medicine. Dr. Weber is board-certified in Family Medicine and also has additional certification in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Weber began treating patients with bioidentical hormones in 2009 after completing specialized training in the field. Along with his staff, Dr. Weber's goal is to help men and women regain and maintain their vitality for life.
Jennifer Swan, M.P.H., Director of Wellness
Originally from Olney, Illinois, Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dallas in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing two years of medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Jennifer returned to central Illinois to pursue her interest in clinical research and to obtain her Masters of Public Health degree at the University of Illinois - Springfield. When asked how she became interested in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Jennifer said "All too often medicine is focused on "keeping symptoms in check," instead of being focused on treating the underlying problem. With bioidentical hormone replacement therapy we get to the root of the problem and help patients reach their optimal well-being without the long-term risks of traditional hormone replacement therapy."
Jason Manthei, PA-C, Physician Assistant
Originally from Janesville, Wisconsin, Jason graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. He worked in physical therapy while obtaining his degree, and then completed an internship in exercise physiology at the University of California-San Diego. Jason obtained a Masters of Medical Science-Physician Assistant degree from Saint Louis University. Jason is a member of the Illinois and American Academies of Physician Assistants and is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Jason became interested in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to "help patients relieve their menopausal and andropausal symptoms in a safe and effective way."
